We had a fairly mild winter followed by a cold spring which surprised us with snow at Easter. Sales went well and we were soon sold out of the more popular delphinium varieties and yet some varieties had no interest at all from customers despite their charms. We added other plants to our collection for shows and now have a lovely collection of Abutilon plants for sale. Our shows went well, despite being rained on a few times, and we enjoyed meeting our customers and the other stall holders. We got behind wih our work in summer because as we grow more plants it takes us so much longer to complete our jobs at each stage of growth. Still we were rescued again by our family and we must thank Sue for all her shows support and Sid for his great seed cleaning, without which we would have been struggling.

A lovely display for October and yes it is still shorts weather!	What a difference a month makes! The plants get moved inside for winter - Nov 2008	The winter project starts. This will be an office space in 2009 (we hope!).
